New Look to League Ladders

It may seem less, but it is actually more.

There are only two tables on offer for the weekly League results now. One is for Individuals, and the other for Pairs. To get your name in the Individuals you must have played at least 15 games in the last 50 weeks, and to appear in the Pairs ladder you need to have racked up at least ten games with your favourite partner in that time. In the interests of safeguarding modesty, only scores in excess of 50% are shown.

So, err, - aren't we losing information here? There used to be SIX Ladders!!

Not at all (predictably). What a lot of people won't realise is that these Ladder-type files can be sorted by clicking on the column headers. For instance - if you wish to see who is top of the Intermediate Individuals ladder, just click on the Grade Sort column header. Or .. who's the best-performed Junior in our club ... sort by clicking on the header of the Club column. Similarly, you can easily find who is leading the Int-Jun Pairings in the Pairs Ladder.

How can I find where I'm sitting?

No probs - most browsers have a search function - typically accessed by holding down the CTRL key and pushing F (CTRL-F). Just start typing your name in the box that pops up - maybe at the bottom of your screen - to find your listing.

We'd love to hear any comments on this new arrangement.
