Yes - it's time to set up those files for 2014.

Take advantage of the whole season's deals already generated for you.

Non-Compass clubs may also use them as we have a file conversion routine in place for clubs using NZ Scorer. Bob Fearn will look at doing similar conversions for clubs using other scoring programs but said programs must be capable of generating XML output with all necessary detail of your session. Contact Mike Neels on (07) 827 8689 for details of how to present these files.

Compass clubs will know of our standardised file naming convention for use when setting up your club programme. If you are unsure on how to set up the 2014 programme, give Mike a ring. Other useful tips for the annual roll: it is best to start a new year with the following folders empty. If you think you'll ever wish to refer back to the files in them then create a folder :c/CompassV6/Old Records and copy these folders into it before deleting them out of :c/CompassV6. Don't worry - Compass will re-create them when you next run it :
